Only registered Voters may sign the petition- A PERSON MUST BE A REGISTERED VOTER IN NEW YORK STATE TO SIGN THE PETITION
The voter only needs to sign their name. You may write in the date and the voter’s address.
Petitions may be signed on any day including Sundays and Holidays.
The signature must be in ink, not pencil. Try to use a black or blue ball point pen.
Signers should use their full name and not use initials.
A wife must use her own given name (e.g., Ann B. Smith, not Mrs. John Smith),
If a mistake is made, or if the signer alters anything, make sure he/she initials the correction.
The date on each signature line must be the date on which the voter signed the petition.
Complete the witness statement at the bottom when you return home or when you haved filled a page
Never permit someone to sign for another person (e.g., wife cannot sign for husband;
parent must not sign for son or daughter.)
Do not abbreviate addresses of signers (but “St.” “Ave.” “Pkwy” "Dr." are ok .)
Do not number the sheets.
Do not complete the witness statement until you return home or have filled a page
You must never sign as the witness on a sheet obtained by someone else. Do not sign as a witness unless you personally secured all of the signatures on the sheet.
Do not sign as a voter on the sheet you are witnessing. You should sign the petition that is being witnessed by someone else.
IT MUST BE EMPHASIZED THAT YOU MUST SEE EVERY SIGNATURE AS IT IS PLACED ON THE SHEET. YOUR FRIEND CAN’T HOLD YOUR SHEET AND GET SIGNATURES WHILE YOU ARE ELSEWHERE. NEVER SIGN ANYONE ELSE’S SIGNATURE EVEN IF HE OR SHE GIVES YOU PERMISSION TO DO SO.

Operation Spartacus- If you need a snapshot of what is wrong with the American political system, look no further than the political elite class of New York's 24th Congressional district. I walked 90 miles to meet our current Congressman, but I have yet to see his face. Mike Arcuri is a loyal servant to the corporations, and you can bet the republican "opposition" will also do what he is told. Of course, they agree on the critical issues such as foreign and economic policies, and must therefore agree not to discuss them. No opposition is allowed or planned,only a ridiculous and wasteful repeat of the 2008 campaign between more of the same. Their campaigns will implement expensive television ads avoiding any real debate and scrutiny, while at the same time avoiding the public as much as possible. This elitist attitude is unacceptable. I guess Marines and carpenters are not allowed to meet our political royalty. Both candidates will laughably parade as populist that "feel your pain." They will pretend they care about the little guy. At least that was what they had planned... These conditions are reactions and consequences to maintaining a system that amounts to serfdom. This system benefits corporations, the political class and bankers at the expense of the blood and sweat of the middle class. What can we do about it? I know where the seeds of these tragic exploitations are sown, and I will seek to destroy them. This is why I ask you to support me. Tomorrow, I will begin canvassing the district only walking and using the public bus systems. I will repeat the process in a different town of the district everyday for the next two weeks while I gather petitions signatures to run as a true independent. My cell phone number is 607-228-0138. I will dedicate two hours of each day everyday to answering questions and listening to the concerns of my future employers, the free people of the 24th Congressional district of New York. Please give me a call. Government should serve the people not the special interest groups and the lobbyists, who buy their elections. If you would like to meet me or set up a time to discuss your questions, please call or text. This is a practice I will continue after I am elected. I will lead by example, accepting no special privileges and only the median income of the district as payment. This money will be needed to relieve the suffering of Americans as this manufactured economic crisis worsens into a full blown depression. This is the vision I believe our Founders had in mind for our political process in a free society. But, this is far from the status quo. If we want change, we must end this political elite class system. It is up to us as citizens. It is our responsibility to return our government to a true democratic republic. Politicians work for us, and this corrupt system can only continue through our consent. The fight against the current political class is now my fire and will be their damnation. We must hold our "leaders" to account. They must go down with the system they represent. It is 2010. Watch and see that a true independent can and should win. I am independent of bribes and the status qou political system. America is ready, that is why I run. But, I need all the help I can get from the true patriots and freedom fighters of America. Revolution. How and why

“I am truly terrified when I think about our future,” he says. “I believe all signs point to a real systemic economic collapse in the near future, maybe even before the midterm elections or soon after. I believe this is why many incumbents are stepping down. They seem to know what is coming and of course the rats are jumping ship and taking their pensions with them .There will be nothing the government or the Fed can do to slow the pain, no more tricks in the big. I assure you it's going to hurt everyone, except of course, the corporate and banking elite. I say let the empire collapse, sometimes we must die to be reborn. The political system as it stands offers little hope for influencing real change or social justice .I propose we attempt to reverse this coup d'état, by attempting a coup of our own. First we must try to retake the traditional means of control, power and discourse by restoring integrity to our sold-out democratic election system. Unfortunately, this will probably do little good but it is a worthy effort. It is our patriotic duty to resist tyranny. We must break these chains of oppression and restore our government to principles based on liberty and justice for all. I am not confident that standing outside buildings with signs is going to provide any fundamental power shifts, as power is not often transferred without a struggle. Inalienable rights are not a courtesy of the Federal Government. We must stand in the streets and refuse to be silenced. We must reject corporate controlled politics and focus on rebuilding a localized political structure and society. A revolution is the only alternative to complete surrender and defeat. Cold hard suffering and pain will be the only hope for a real revolution, and this is all but guaranteed. At this point protest must be transformed into acts of defiance. We must be bold.”
